Boston University (BU) seeks an experienced, strategic, and student-centered leader to serve as its next Vice President for Enrollment and Student Administration (Vice President), a pivotal role shaping the University's approach to student enrollment, success, and the overall student experience. The Vice President oversees a comprehensive portfolio spanning undergraduate admissions, registration, student financial assistance, student employment, enrollment strategy, and support for retention and student success initiatives.

The Division of Enrollment and Student Administration (ENSA) has been central to BU's continued ascent as a leading global research University, strengthening key institutional metrics including selectivity, yield, retention, and graduation rates. The next Vice President will build on this strong foundation, bringing a forward-looking, data-informed approach to enrollment strategy while ensuring a seamless, student-centered experience across a complex and diverse campus environment.
