Our mission is to help students prepare for careers that are in demand or advance in their chosen field. With more than 76,000 students as of December 31, 2008, we are one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America. We offer short-term diploma programs and associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees for occupations in demand. Our main program areas include healthcare, criminal justice, business, information technology, transportation technology and maintenance, and construction trades. In addition, we offer online degree programs that include business, accounting, criminal justice, paralegal and information technology.
Our company was founded in 1995 and we completed an initial public offering in 1999. As of June 30, 2008, we had approximately 10,000 employees in North America, including 3,463 full-time and part-time faculty members.

Corinthian Colleges (CCi) is one of the largest for-profit, post-secondary education companies in the United States and Canada, with 76,165 students enrolled as of December 31, 2008. The company operates 89 schools in 24 states and 17 schools in Canada. CCi serves the large and growing segment of the population seeking to acquire career-oriented education. CCi’s schools generally enjoy long operating histories and offer a variety of diploma programs and associates, bachelor’s and master’s degrees. CCi also offers students the opportunity to take classes online through Everest College in Phoenix and Everest University in Florida.
