Company Overview

Ferrum College serves its primarily residential undergraduate student population of 1450 on its beautiful 650-acre campus at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains 35 miles from Roanoke, Virginia. Ferrum values its affiliation with the United Methodist Church. Its faculty and staff are committed to an integrative learning approach as they focus on the integration of the liberal arts and sciences, and on blending curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities. The college’s motto of Not Self, but Others is manifest through both the means and ends of academic civic engagement and experiential learning goals, methods, and activities. The college supports a wireless campus network, 67 student clubs and organizations, and 15 NCAA Division III teams.
